Police has arrested two more people over a building which collapsed, Tuesday afternoon in Kigali, killing one person and injuring seven others. On Wednesday, police arrested the owner of the building and a contractor.On the same day evening, police picked up two more people who had been employed to demolish the building. When contacted this morning, Theos Badege, the Police spokesperson confirmed the development and said thorough investigations to ascertain if those arrested are responsible for the incident were still ongoing.“We are currently holding four people to find out if they had the permission to demolish the building,” he said, today.The storied structure known as Petit Meridien, is located opposite Hotel Umubano in Kacyiru, Kigali City.
